THE PREPARATION COLLECTION / LEMON SQUEEZERS

Lemon Squeezer Manufacturer

A lemon squeezer manufacturer should make the differences between its models easy to see. Leeyuen offers two: a yellow-and-green aluminum press with nested bowls, and a mirror-polished 304 stainless steel press. Both squeeze citrus by hand and are available for wholesale orders with logo and packaging customization.

Choose by preparation task

Fresh citrus juice has plenty of small preparation jobs: lemon for a dressing, lime for a cocktail, or a little juice for a sauce. These manual lemon squeezers let the user press the amount needed over a container. Choose the fruit portion before closing the handles; it should fit comfortably in the bowl.

The stainless model can also press other suitably sized small fruits. Cut larger fruit into smaller portions when needed, rather than forcing the handles around a piece that does not fit.

Compare the actual product designs

The aluminum dual-bowl squeezer has a yellow outer bowl for lemons and a smaller green inner bowl for limes. Both pressing areas remain together in one tool. The colors distinguish them while the handles provide the squeezing action.

On the stainless steel press, the handles bring the fruit and pressing surfaces together. Juice passes through openings in the bowl. Its construction is 304 stainless steel, with a silver appearance across the handles and pressing section.

Materials, sizes and care

The painted aluminum model and mirror-polished stainless model give the assortment two different finishes. Keep the material name beside the item when comparing them; the pressing action alone does not explain that choice.

Hand washing is recommended for both. For the stainless model, open the handles and wash the bowl, holes and hinge with mild detergent and a soft sponge or brush. Rinse away juice and pulp, then dry before storage.

Plan a wholesale assortment

A wholesale lemon squeezer range may need only one design. The aluminum model puts its lemon-and-lime bowl choice on show, in yellow and green. The stainless model can sit beside other silver kitchen and bar accessories. If you select both, present these differences rather than giving them the same description.

Recipes help explain where each tool belongs. Lemon juice can be prepared for seafood, marinades and dressings; lime juice for beverages and sauces. With the stainless press, a separate strainer can follow squeezing when a smoother juice is wanted. Rinse between fruits if their flavors need to stay separate.

Build your order brief

Leeyuen works with brands, importers and wholesalers from Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. To discuss a citrus selection, list the model, intended quantity, logo artwork and packaging needs in one brief.

Use the logo and packaging options for that discussion. The aluminum tool needs the yellow lemon bowl and green lime bowl explained; the stainless tool needs its own operating illustration and care directions.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before you choose.

Does the smaller green bowl take lemons?

It is intended for limes. Use the larger yellow outer bowl for lemons. On either bowl, choose a fruit half that fits without forcing it into position.

Does either model need electricity?

No. Both use hinged handles and manual pressure. Place the fruit in the pressing area and bring the handles together over a container.

Can I use a whole large lemon?

Prepare a portion that fits the bowl. The stainless model can be used with larger fruit cut into smaller pieces. On the aluminum model, use a suitable lemon half in the yellow bowl.
