Construction and operation

Put a peeled clove in the chamber and bring the handles together. The plate presses the garlic against the small openings, producing minced garlic to collect for cooking. Open the press afterward and remove what remains in the chamber before adding another clove.

For several cloves, repeat the sequence and gather the garlic in a small bowl. Clear residue between cloves when needed so the pressing area stays open. This hand-operated design does not need an electrical connection.

Choosing a model for your range

For an aluminium garlic press assortment, show a peeled clove loaded in the chamber and the handles open. When comparing a garlic crusher press with a rocker, look at where the clove is held during pressing. A chamber press is one option in the garlic preparation range. Here, the garlic goes inside the tool and the handles provide the pressing movement. Select it when that loading-and-squeezing action is the format you want in your collection.

For a product illustration, show the open chamber as well as the closed handles. The open view explains where a peeled clove goes and where residue is removed. With those views together, the purpose of the pressing plate and holes is easier to follow than in a closed side view alone.

Sizes and product details

The body is die-cast aluminum alloy with a polished surface. That gives the tool a silver metallic appearance alongside other metal kitchen utensils. Keep the alloy name in the model description; a silver finish alone does not identify what a press is made from.

For a sample review, follow the route of a clove through the tool: into the chamber, against the plate and through the openings. Then open the handles to reach the remains. This is also the area the user needs to reach for washing, so examine the chamber and cleaning access together rather than considering only the handle shape.

Use and cleaning

Freshly pressed garlic can be used in salad dressings, marinades, stir-fries and sauces. Prepare the cloves a recipe needs, gather the minced garlic and add it to the other ingredients. A dedicated press keeps this preparation step separate from slicing and chopping other foods.

Hand wash soon after use. Open the handles and remove garlic from the chamber, plate and holes. Clean with mild detergent and a soft brush or sponge, reaching the small openings, then rinse thoroughly.

Dry the press before storage and avoid leaving it soaking for extended periods. Cleaning before residue dries in the holes makes those areas part of the normal washing routine, rather than leaving garlic inside the closed chamber.

Branding and order brief

Logo and packaging options are available for wholesale orders. Include the selected aluminum model, intended quantity, artwork and packaging requirements in one brief for Leeyuen. We work with brands, importers and wholesalers on product selection and customization needs.

The branding and packaging discussion can bring that material together. Identify the hinged chamber model clearly when it is one of several garlic tools in the same assortment, and keep its aluminum alloy description with it.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before you choose.

Should the garlic be peeled?

Yes. The operating method uses a peeled clove in the chamber. Remove remaining garlic before loading another clove.

Is the polished body stainless steel?

No. This particular model is made from die-cast aluminum alloy with a polished finish. The silver appearance describes its surface.

What is the recommended cleaning method?

Open the handles, remove residue and hand wash the chamber, pressing plate and openings. Use mild detergent with a soft brush or sponge, rinse thoroughly and dry. Avoid extended soaking, and clean soon after preparation so garlic does not dry in the holes.
