Conical Nutcracker with Aluminum Handles

This conical nutcracker has a painted aluminum body and aluminum handles. Nuts sit in its funnel-shaped chamber while the handles apply pressure to the shell. After a press, a spring helps reopen the tool. It is a manual option for nut preparation, table serving and seasonal gift collections.

Construction and operation

Put a suitable nut inside the funnel-shaped chamber, then squeeze the handles together to crack its shell. Once pressure is released, the spring helps return the handles to the open position for the next nut.

The spring is there to help the handles reopen. You still supply the cracking pressure by hand. The body and handles are aluminum with a painted surface, giving the whole tool a metal presentation. The funnel profile gives this tool its shape, with the nut positioned inside the chamber during cracking.

Choosing a model for your range

Choose this version when you want aluminum handles to match the metal cracking body. It is intended for suitable nuts, whether they are being prepared for snacks, baking or cooking. You can also put it on the table when serving nuts in their shells.

A seasonal gift selection can pair the tool with nuts. Show the whole tool in the presentation, including the chamber and both handles. Within a nutcracker range, identify it as the aluminum-handled conical version. Its intended application is nuts, rather than seafood shells.

Chamber fit and product details

A nut needs to fit the chamber before it is cracked. During sample selection, place the intended nuts inside and consider their position in the funnel. Nut size and shell hardness vary, so the conical form should not be treated as a guarantee for every nut. Bring the planned nuts to a sample review instead of assessing the tool on its own. Once you have looked at their placement, compare the painted metal appearance against the rest of your collection. That way, the sample answers a practical question about the nuts as well as a visual question about the range.

Use and cleaning

Keep the chamber opening away from your face and apply pressure gradually. The funnel helps contain some shell fragments, but pieces can still escape. Keep that opening in mind as you position each nut; the funnel is not a closed container.

Release the handles after pressing and allow the spring to help reopen them before loading another nut. Hand washing is recommended after use. For a retail instruction panel, show the nut in the chamber and the opening pointed away from the user. Show the handles open again after pressing. This explains what the spring does without leaving it as an isolated feature name.

Branding and order brief

Leeyuen supplies the aluminum conical model for kitchenware brands, importers and wholesale buyers. Logo and packaging customization are available. The customization service covers discussions about model selection, branding and packaging requirements. Send the aluminum-handled conical model identity, intended nut applications, order quantity, logo artwork and packaging requirements in one brief. For a nut gift presentation, describe how the tool will accompany the nuts. Identify the metal handles on the artwork brief too, particularly if you are comparing several funnel-shaped models in the same order.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before you choose.

Does the spring crack the nut?

No. Squeezing the handles supplies pressure to the shell. The spring helps the handles reopen afterward.

Can this model open seafood shells?

This model is intended for suitable nuts. Choose nuts that fit the conical chamber and increase pressure gradually.

Will shell pieces stay inside the funnel?

Some pieces are contained by its shape, but fragments can still escape. Keep the chamber opening away from your face while cracking.
